Health and Safety Commitment
Our promise to you
As we welcome audiences back to our live performances, the health and safety of our patrons, donors, artists and staff remains our highest priority.
Keeping You Safe
In accordance with provincial regulations, patrons attending our live performances must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (2 doses + 2 weeks). Proof of vaccination is required upon arrival at theatre, in the form of paper or electronic receipt, accompanied by valid photo ID. Proof of vaccination is not required for children under 12. Patrons with medical exemptions to vaccination must present valid documentation of the exemption, and the results of a negative PCR COVID-19 test dated within 48 hours of the performance start time.
Patrons will be required to fill out a COVID-19 symptom screening questionnaire upon arrival at the theatre. If you feel sick, please consider the safety of your fellow theatre goers and stay home. We will make every effort to exchange your ticket for a later performance date.
Our ticketing system is fully digitized with electronic print-at-home or mobile tickets, and digital ticket scanning.
Patrons and children over the age of 2 will be required to wear a face mask that fully covers the nose, mouth and chin at all times, including during the performance. Masks may be removed only when actively consuming food or beverage items. Patrons with medical exemptions to mask wearing must present valid documentation of the exemption, and the results of a negative PCR COVID-19 test dated within 48 hours of the performance start time.
Artists will be unmasked while performing, and will be separated from the audience by a distance greater than two metres. Artists will wear microphones while performing to reduce the need for outward vocal projection.
For your safety and comfort, one seat on either side of your reservation will be blocked to allow space between parties. We ask that patrons maintain physical distancing in the lobby, bar and washrooms. The lobby and house will open concurrently half an hour before each performance to help facilitate distancing.
CLEANING + SANITIZING STATIONS
Enhanced cleaning measures are in effect throughout our venue. All audience seating and common contact surfaces will be sanitized prior to each performance. Hand sanitizing stations will be located at the theatre entrance, washrooms and throughout the venue.
For contact tracing purposes, the ticket purchaser will be considered the primary contact for all members in their party.
