DIANE NIEC – Long-time core member

Diane started her journey with Theatre Gargantua in 1998 as a performer and co-creator.  She has participated in the creation of Raging Dreams, love not love, THE EXIT ROOM, Phantom Limb and Edentity.  Touring with the company to Portland, Montreal and the UK Diane was able to collaborate in developing workshops for University Students and assist in developing professional master classes.  Diane holds degrees in BFA in Musical Theatre, BEd, and certifications in Stott Pilates, Yoga and Leadership Training.  All of these endeavours have sparked Diane’s passion for creation of movement in the human body and sharing it with others.  Singing professionally and creating music has always been part of Diane’s life and this year she is thrilled with the release of her EP “Waves”, a compilation of children songs that adults will enjoy.
