Theatre Gargantua is a registered charity and professional theatre company and our numerous fundraisers held over the year help us produce our work for the season. The Shop N’ Sip fundraising event will happen simultaneously as our SideStream festival, in person and online. It will consist of two elements: shopping and sipping!

The SHOP part of the fundraiser consists of an auction that will feature numerous items, such as packages from the Disney and Van Gogh immersive experience, admission to activities in the GTA and tickets to upcoming theatre shows from Stratford Festival, Drayton Entertainment, Tarragon Theatre, to name a few. The bidding will close on Friday, August 4th at Noon. For the winners, we will arrange the physical prizes for pick-up. For online items, you will receive them by email. Aside from the auction, you will also be able to shop from our official Theatre Gargantua merchandise in person!

The SIP part of the fundraiser consists of numerous drink options that will be available at the bar of our SideStream Festival at the Art Bank House. Choose from our rotating menu of beer, wine and our bar partner for the festival, Social Lite! There will also be non-alcoholic drinks and snacks to purchase. In addition, not only will there be great deals throughout the evening on those drinks, our merchandise and some of the auction items will be present at the bar as well, so you can shop n’ sip at the same time!
